With guidance from the Maryland APEX Accelerator, the company quickly refined its strategy and captured major federal and state awards, including a $780,000 DoD prime contract and a $75 million five-year IDIQ. A Mylestone Group now supports DoD, VA, and Maryland agencies nationwide.

Mitch Rubinstein is the founder of ResolvIQ, a service-disabled veteran-owned business based in Annapolis, Maryland. With support from the Maryland APEX Accelerator, ResolvIQ, which specializes in agile, cloud-native software development and AI solutions using military-grade DevSecOps, successfully positioned itself to compete under the Navy’s Seaport Next Generation (Seaport-NxG) contract vehicle. Building on this momentum, the company also partnered on the GSA Supply Chain Risk Illumination Professional Services (SCRIPTS) BPA, a contract valued at more than $900 million.

Kym Ali is a former nurse turned CEO of Kym Ali Consulting, an SBA-certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in organizational development, employee wellness, and leadership coaching.

Kym transitioned from a demanding nursing career to the dynamic world of federal contracting, securing partnerships with agencies like the Department of Veterans Affairs and Health and Human Services.

Martin Cadirola is the President of Ecotronics Ventures LLC, a pioneering hard and software systems engineering company based in New Market, Maryland. Ecotronics specializes in telecommunications, weather research, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) industries (also known as drones).

He has won numerous contract awards, including providing drone surveillance services and Lidar support for esteemed clients like NASA and Howard University

Drs. Celeste and Todd Chamberlain are the President and CEO of Information Protection Solutions (IPS)  IPS was established in 2014 and is a service-disabled veteran-owned business specializing in Cyber Security. They started with just one full-time employee and have since grown to a team of over 25 dedicated professionals managing multiple contracts. This impressive expansion is a testament to the unwavering commitment and leadership of Celeste and Todd. 

Eno Nzesi is the CEO of Numa Management Associates, a woman-owned management consulting firm with thirty-plus years of customer-facing experience.

In 2022, Numa Management Associates was one of 20 companies awarded the New York State-Wide Administration Services Contract -$100 Million, 5-year IDIQ Contract - estimated revenue per company - $20M per year. She works with her counselor on government contracting goals.
