Bid Match Service for Maryland
APEX Accelerator Clients only.
(If you are not a client, sign up here first, and after your initial counseling session with a counselor, return to this page and complete the application form and payment. We cannot activate a Bid Match subscription unless you have had at least ONE counseling session.)
Maryland APEX Accelerator's Electronic Bid Matching service will save your company valuable time and money by locating federal, state, local, and foreign bid opportunities and delivering them to you daily by e-mail.
Get access to hundreds of opportunities that are matched against your client profile!
Some sources are as follows:
- Sam.gov: the Internet entry point for all federal bids over $25,000
- DLA small purchases
- Other federal small purchases: Including electronic bulletin boards and websites hosted by federal agencies such as TACOM, NASA, and FAA.
- Blue Tops: Department of Defense press releases issued for contract awards valued at $7,000,000 or more. These help you keep on top of potential subcontracting opportunities.
- State, county, local government- USA Bid: consists of bid opportunities from city, county, and state agencies across the U.S.
- International bids: includes opportunities from MERX (the Canadian equivalent of FedBizOpps), international agricultural leads, bids from our Foreign Trade Opportunities database, as well as opportunities from embassies and consultants around the world.
The Maryland APEX Accelerator has purchased the right to provide this Bid Matching Service to our clients at a reduced cost. Using a detailed profile of your company’s capabilities, built by our counselors, bid matches are delivered to you daily by email. Complete the Bid Match application below to set up your profile and begin receiving bid opportunities that match your capabilities!
HOW DO I SIGN UP OR RENEW?
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
There are two options for the bid match email subscription.

STEP 1. Make your payment by selecting one of the subscription options above. You will receive a receipt via email.
STEP 2. Download the application form here and complete it. Save the completed form to your computer.
STEP 3. Email the completed form and bid match payment receipt to your APEX Counselor.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your subscription to be activated. If your subscription is not activated within 2 weeks, contact us at mdapexadmn@umd.edu for assistance.
FAQs
Once you submit your payment and completed application form, it is thoroughly reviewed by your counselor. Please allow 10 business days for your subscription to activate.
Bid Match searches federal, state, and local government websites (see above). There are about 1,500 different websites across the United States.
Yes. You can limit your search geographically by state to include only the states you want to search. Additionally, you can limit it to just include state/local bids or just Federal.
Yes. We can add as many recipients from your company as you’d like to your subscription for no additional cost. Each will receive a daily email.
