Denise Warner is a procurement professional with an extensive background in federal and state government contracting.

Richard Paden joined the team in 2014 and specializes in capture management, government sales, and SBIR/STTR.

Tara Scott brings over 15 years of experience from two federal government agencies to the MD APEX Accelerator.

Pamela Minor is a former government contractor who loves to help clients achieve success. Her specialty lies in assisting veteran business owners.

Alex Peacock joined the team in 2022 and brings many years as a contracting officer and business owner to the program.

Ameenah Parson is an acquisition specialist with experience in the technical writing of key contractual documents that are in compliance with the FAR and DFAR.

Michal Dickson joined the team in 2018 and supports clients throughout the intake process. He also manages a range of administrative responsibilities for the MD APEX Accelerator.

Yasmin Razaq brings over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and has been a valued member of the team since 2018. She has a strong passion for engaging audiences through webinars and podcasts, which she actively leads as part of the program.
