Today’s guest is Richard Paden, a Procurement Specialist at the Maryland APEX Accelerator. 

Richard has been a part of our program since 2014, and his primary area of assistance lies in Howard, Prince George’s, and Montgomery Counties. During a career spanning over 30 years, Richard has identified, qualified, and conducted capture management and key personnel recruiting for numerous multi-year government contract awards. In this episode, Richard explains why selling is a competitive sport and why government contractors should know who they are going to sell to and have a plan to leverage their successes to obtain business.
