Slone Associates, Inc. has a bidding opportunity for Concrete, Masonry, Structural and Miscellaneous Steel, Millwork and Counter Tops, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Acoustical, Painting, Concrete Staining and Polishing, Pre-Engineered Steel Erection, Standing Seam Roofing, Plumbing, glass and glazing, floor covering, electrical, and HVAC work for new ID Check Canopy, POV Search Canopy, Truck Search Canopy, and Gatehouse at the Fort George G. Meade Rockenbach Access Control Point, Fort Meade, MD 20755.

Proposals will be considered for labor only and turnkey on trades.

We are seeking proposals from SBA certified small businesses that fall into the following categories Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(A) Business, HUB Zone Business, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.

We are currently accepting proposals from trade partners for the design and construction of emergency power distribution upgrades for facilities at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Bethesda Campus. The estimated magnitude of this task order is approximately $1 million.

This is the first task order (seed project) issued under the upcoming $2B NIH MACC.
