Getting Started with Government Contracting
The Maryland APEX Accelerator (formerly PTAC) is here to provide counsel for you and your business associates at no cost on how to navigate the government procurement process. Please read the following requirements for counseling.
The Maryland APEX Accelerator considers an entity to be ready for counseling when it meets the following criteria*:
1) Has a current Maryland business registration
2) Has a product or service to sell to the government

3) Business must have past performance experience in either commercial or government work
4) Has a business in good standing (check here)

*We cannot serve non-profits or assist with grant applications (with the exception of SBIR/STTR).
