The Department of War (DoW) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) has launched LYNX, a new digital platform designed to help businesses strengthen readiness, increase visibility, and compete more effectively across the defense industrial base.

Businesses can get started by creating a company profile and completing an initial assessment that establishes a readiness baseline and identifies next steps for engagement.

Built for Businesses Navigating Defense Markets

LYNX is designed for new entrants, small businesses, non-traditional suppliers, and growing defense contractors with strong technical capabilities but limited experience navigating defense requirements, readiness expectations, and partner discovery. For many companies, the challenge is not innovation but understanding how to translate capability into credible participation.

The platform also supports DoW priorities by addressing long-standing challenges such as limited visibility into supplier readiness and fragmented pathways to engagement. LYNX creates a shared environment where companies can demonstrate readiness and the Department can more effectively identify, assess, and engage suppliers aligned to priority missions and technologies.

LYNX is now open for registration at www.lynxconnect.io.
